Anointed Hands Massage & Spa Essentials was created from a deep belief that healing is both physical and spiritual. Founded by Diana Gethers, a licensed massage therapist and esthetician, this practice was built to be a safe, nurturing space where the body can rest, release, and recover. With over a decade of hands-on experience, Diana specializes in therapeutic massage, post-cosmetic surgery care, lymphatic drainage, body sculpting, and advanced esthetic services. Her work is guided by compassion, integrity, and a commitment to serving clients with excellence and intention. Every session is approached with care, respect, and purpose—meeting clients where they are and supporting them through seasons of healing, transition, and renewal. At Anointed Hands, wellness is not rushed, and healing is always honored.
CANCELLATION POLICY
ANOINTED HANDS MASSAGE & SPA ESSENTIALS Client Care & Treatment Policies At Anointed Hands Massage & Spa Essentials, every service is thoughtfully reserved to provide you with a personalized, uninterrupted experience. Please review our policies to ensure the highest level of care for all clients. Service Investment All services, packages, booking fees, and products are final sale and non-transferable. Packages & Treatment Plans Packages are designed to support optimal results and are prepaid. Sessions must be used within the recommended timeframe or within one (1) year of purchase—whichever comes first. Unused sessions are forfeited. Scheduling Your Experience Appointments may be scheduled via phone, email, or online booking for your convenience. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes. • Less than 24 hours: 50% of the service fee or session forfeiture • Missed appointments: 100% of the service fee This allows us to honor the time reserved exclusively for you. Arrival Time To preserve the flow of our schedule, late arrivals may result in a shortened session while the full service fee remains. Unexpected Circumstances We understand that life happens. One courtesy late cancellation may be extended at our discretion. Additional occurrences will be subject to standard fees. Groupon Guests Missed or late arrivals will be considered redeemed. Upgrades and enhancements are available at an additional cost. Expired vouchers retain their purchase value. Payment Integrity Any payment dispute or chargeback will result in the cancellation of all remaining services without refund. Professional Environment To maintain a safe and respectful space, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if necessary. Health & Safety Post-operative services require medical clearance and are not a substitute for medical care. Media Release Non-identifying photos or videos may be used for educational or marketing purposes.
