CANCELLATION POLICY

ANOINTED HANDS MASSAGE & SPA ESSENTIALS MASSAGE & TREATMENT POLICIES PACKAGE PURCHASE & USE POLICIES NO REFUNDS / NO TRANSFERS All services, packages, booking fees, and products are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: Missed appointments Scheduling difficulties Change of mind Medical clearance delays Failure to complete the package This policy is clearly stated on all receipts and booking confirmations. UNUSED SESSIONS Unused sessions within a package do not qualify for a refund. Clients are responsible for scheduling remaining sessions using the contact methods provided. COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITY Clients are responsible for maintaining communication to schedule appointments. Valid contact methods include: Business phone number(s) Email Online booking platform Google Business listing contact information Inability to reach one method does not void the package or refund eligibility if other contact options remain available. CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTE POLICY (IMPORTANT) Any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal attempt submitted through a bank, credit card company, or payment processor automatically voids all remaining services in a package, regardless of outcome. No remaining sessions will be honored No refunds will be issued for unused services Client relationship may be immediately terminated Chargebacks are considered a breach of the service agreement. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE SERVICES Anointed Hands Massage & Spa Essentials reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time for: Policy violations Disruptive behavior Payment disputes Abuse of staff or business procedures Termination does not entitle the client to a refund. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER Post-operative massage is not a substitute for medical care. Clients must receive clearance from their surgeon prior to treatment and understand that results vary by individual. All post-operative massage packages are prepaid and intended to support the client’s recovery process over a recommended timeframe. Packages must be used as scheduled and within a reasonable period (no more than six months) based on the client’s treatment plan. AGREEMENT & ACKNOWLEDGMENT By booking and purchasing services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies stated above. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF POLICIES I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the policies of Anointed Hands Massage & Spa Essentials, including but not limited to: No Refund Policy: All services, packages, booking fees, and products are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued for any reason. Unused Sessions: Any unused sessions within a package are forfeited and are not eligible for a refund. Scheduling Responsibility: I understand it is my responsibility to schedule appointments using the business contact information provided (phone, email, online booking, or Google listing). Chargeback Policy: I understand that initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through my bank or card issuer will automatically void all remaining services in my package without refund and may result in immediate termination of services. Right to Refuse Service: The business reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time due to policy violations or payment disputes. MEDICAL & SERVICE DISCLAIMER I understand that post-operative massage and bodywork services are not medical treatment and are not a substitute for care provided by a licensed physician. I confirm I have received appropriate medical clearance prior to treatment. ANOINTED HANDS MASSAGE & SPA ESSENTIALS Photo & Media Use Consent I give Anointed Hands Massage & Spa Essentials permission to use photos and/or videos taken during my service for educational, scientific, marketing, and social media purposes. I understand that: My name will not be used No personal or identifying information will be shared Images may be used on social media, the website, educational materials, or promotional content Photos and videos may be edited or cropped for clarity or educational purposes I understand that I will not receive payment or compensation for the use of these images. I release Anointed Hands Massage & Spa Essentials from any claims related to the use of images as described above. By signing below, I confirm that I am giving permission freely and understand how my images may be used.
